Please see our Technical Information page for technical information on preparing files for our Digital Output Services.

DigitalMaster Print

Made directly from your digital files, negatives or transparencies, these continuous tone DigitalMaster™ prints and backlit transparencies are printed with lasers directly onto photographic paper. The results are absolutely stunning! Purer color, sharper detail and more dramatic images are the result of laser sharp imaging made without enlarger lenses. Words alone cannot properly describe the side by side comparison of DigitalMaster™ prints versus traditional enlarger made prints. Call us or stop by to see the next generation of imaging, available now at Photomation. For the finest in rich color and long-lasting prints, Photomation now proudly uses Fuji Crystal Archive™ paper for our DigitalMaster™ prints.

Scanning Services

Photomation currently utilizes the latest in Scitex, FlexTight and Nikon scanners to meet virtually any imaging need. Files can be generated for small thumbnail images to gigabyte size files for extremely high-resolution photographic output. We can also save your files to CD, Zip, or Jaz, as well as offering File Transfer services to get your image anywhere in the world with unprecedented speed.

Scitex Scanning: Using the latest EverSmart Pro scanner, our Scitex scanner offers scans from originals up to 11x17”, from film or reflective art. This impressive scanner offers resolution of up to 6000 pixels per inch, with tremendous dynamic range and color fidelity. This is the natural choice for your most demanding projects, and is particularly well-suited for our LVT film output and DigitalMaster™ prints. Scans are saved to your provided Zip or Jaz disks, or burned to CD-R.

Nikon CoolScans: A new scanner on the market, the Nikon CoolScan utilizes the revolutionary Digital Ice technology to quickly minimize the blems and surface imperfections often revealed in high-quality scans. These scans from 35mm film are saved to your Zip or Jaz disks, or can be burned to CD-R, and are an excellent choice for small to moderate size photo output
